Your car is apparently possessed. I've never heard that squeaking noise before. I don't think it's a belt, it sounds more like a fluid-based noised, maybe p/s fluid or pump?

Vid 2 has more of a "whiny" quality to it that sounds like a water pump, alternator, or p/s pump (bearing) getting ready to go. It's not loud enough that I think it's an issue, but it might be related to the squeaking/squishing noise.

I couldn't identify the ticking you were talking about- sounds like you have stock or slightly more clearance on the valves. A valve adjustment .002" tighter than stock should fix that. If not, then you definitely know you have a problem.

Could also be a header leak but it doesn't appear you have a non-stock header or reason to suspect a leak.

Did you swap to a Type S intake, or was that part of your motor? I'm curious if you have the Type S head if that's the case. At any rate, the second breather on the intake pipe is completely unnecessary. Shouldnt' contribute to the noises but you don't need it. Find a vacuum or hose plug of the proper size and use it. Should hurt anything if you leave it on, just unnecessary.
