Bent Valves Help

I know this isn't really FI specific, but this is the only place I can get to the good people.

I'm assuming I've bent some valves in my engine. If this is the case, when I pull the head, what ALL needs to be replaced? Obviously the valve(s) and the seals. What else? Also, what about the valve seats, should they be cool?

I was thinking about just buying a H22A4 head. (I'm also assuming I can't use a H22A1 head) without cams or any of the upper stuff and no sensors.

Any help from anyone that knows what I should do would be appreciated. I'm pulling the motor this weekend.
