Are you absolutely sure about where it's coming from? Before you go tearing apart the oil pan, maybe clean off the engine colpetely and then run the car and check again for a leak. All the oil will run down to the oil pan, as it follows gravity. Perhaps your leak is higher up on the engine.
I don't think the oil gasket is something that's likely to leak on a car as new as yours.
