Here are some pics in the initial stages. I havent decided what to do about refinishing everything yet. . .probably going to use vinyl or smooth the entire thing out (get rid of grain in plastic) and repaint it. Any other suggestions? The total volume was about 8 pts, which translates to about .12 cubic feet (after factoring in driver displacement). The minimum recomended enclosure size is .15, so I may add a little polyfill to the inside of the enclosure. There is going to be a nice stealthy grill to cover up the speker.

Backside of enclosure, 3 layers thick of 20 oz. Knytex weave:
