Should I install my h&r's before i get my kyb's? also a camber question

My 98 base has 40xxx miles on it... Do you think I should install them and drive it until the stock shocks go, or just wait till i get the kyb's before installing(btw a shop will be doing the install, not me)

Is there anything bad about riding on the spring with stock shocks, or just that the shocks will be worthless after xxxx miles? The reason im asking is because I should have my h&r's this week, but wont be able to afford the kyb's until sometime in september (im going to europe for 5 weeks which is going to cost me around 3 grand), so I dont have money for struts right now

Also, about camber kits.. Do it have ANYTHING to do with the shocks, or is it only dependand on the size of the drop?

i.e if i get an alignment with my h&R's on stock shocks, and its fine, might i need to buy a camber kit when i install the kyb's?

thanks for any help
