psshh...I changed mine once, I haven't changed it since. I think it's stupid. Never changed it on my old Accord either, if I'm correct, it has the same one the car came with in 1989 when the car was bought brand new as a 1990 model. I am 98% sure it's the original, my dad hasn't ever changed it, and I didn't when I had the car. It now has about 190,000 and leaks/burns NO oil.
