did you check the intake see if it have any other line going into the intake pipe usually they hide the line but can't hide that, another thing might be possible is he got more **** in there and not teling you like camshaft and head workand port n polish. B/c there is no way he can hit 14.8 with thoes mod, even stick will have ahardtime hiting that time man, i'm not saying its not posible for stick but its just hard. I myself and my sorry assdriving skillz can't hit that time at all hehehe
