Hey,
The JDM h22 has 200ps which equals about 197hp. The Type S is the same 220ps which is about 217hp. The type S engine has different cams, 11:1 compression, a more aggresive fuel map, bigger intake, better exhuast manifold, stronger valvetrain, and a slight factory port. That is where is makes its power.
The torque amount of the JDM h23 vtec is 22.5 kg/m which equals 162.74 so 163 lb/ft of torque on that baby.
