Does anyone here think???

The JDM H23 VTEC head is maybe just the same as a usdm H22 VTEC head, but the JDM H23 block would be different than a usdm h23 block because it won't rely on the bottom-end for as much of the power like a non-vtec H23(usdm) does. Whats is the H23 VTEC offered in? JDM Accord?
