23 more hp from a h22 against a h23 vtec isnt really that much considering if you are gonna put more mods to it anyways...that only thing good with the h22 compared to h23 vtec is that availability of aftermarket parts....you sure do have alot more compared to the h23...so you'll be better off with the h22......thats just my 2 cents....
