I just though i would mention this I have AEM Cam gears
Well the car runs great and I have them set at +4 on the intake side and +1 on the exhaust... now i know this differs from the setting Chris used in his N/A tune up but my mecahnic who happens to tune hondas said this would be a good setting... and not to worry about the +4 setting on the intake side... Suffice to say the car makes great power now and runs alot smoother...
I however was going to ask what the long term affects of advancing/retarding the cams could be on the engine life/maintainence... I also advanced my ignition timing to 19 degress but you have to run premium fuel..I always do anyways
