hey guys, i currently live in colorado but im moving to canonsburg pa (30 mins from pittsburgh) next week, ive never been to pa before but i hear you guys have cold winters? this concerns me with my car how cold does it really get there in the winters? how strict is the emissions over there? here in colorado we dont have emission requirements or testing, i have an h22a skunk 2 im injen cai no name headers megan cat back and a gutted cat. should i be concerned? im sure ill have to get a cat and stock im thanks in advance guys meybe ill be seeing you guys soon!
