I agree with the ebaich. I had them on my integra and they were great. Not bumpy at all. It reminded of my stock setup when I had them. I just got some for my prelude because i loved the ride and how well they handled. And yes...teins are not the best SPRINGS...but they are one of the best coilover setups out there. I had the type flex and edfc on my other integra that was stolen. Loved them the most. My buddy had put the tein springs on his car and its kind of rough. But best bang is the ebaichs for sure. but that is just my opinion....And yes tokicos are great also, but go with the aluminas... They are adjustable.
