I felt that you don't really need to put hose clamps but I put them on the catch can just in case, even though its a fairly tight squeeze on all sides.

Thanks! I hope does good things. I'll post an update after a few weeks and see how much oil is inside. I'm thinking of making some type of "dip stick" to measure the oil level. Just remove the hose put the side in and see whats up. Might be a good idea.
