the sh trans cannot handle any more torque than about 215-220, that would be around 250-265 horsepower(depending on setup). I would not use an atts trans for the life of me(even though they are a helluva gift from honda). as for the flywheel; have you ever seen a h22 flywheel? it is about 2.5 inches thick on the back side, there is definatly no issues with using the stocker for that. especially if you turbo, you are not goin to want a light flywheel as you will be using lower compression pistons and wont have as much power down low, using a heavier flywheel gives your rotating assembly more inertia, therfore making it easier on the lower powered engine (until the boost spools, then the flywheel weight wont matter) to keep the flywheel going. remember a ligthweight flywheel not only accelerates quicker but also slows down quicker, this causes your engine to have to work a little harder to maintainflywheel speed.
