everything needs to be replaced, from sleeves, to rods, pistons, rings and wristpin, bearings, oil pump, water pump, remove the balance shaft, valves, valve springs, valve seals, retainers, cams, cam gears, timing belt, feul rail, injectors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, feul lines, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, head gasket, axel seals, rear main and front main seals, oil pressure switch, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, chipped ecm or stand alone unit, distirbutor, spark plugs, ignition wires, cam seal, oil cooler o ring, throttle body, pcv vlave, you will also need turbo, wastegete, blow off valve, intercooler, intercooler piping, wideband o2, egt gauge, intake manifold gasket, boost gauge, clutch, and machine work. you will have to have your block decked and sleeved, get you crank micropolishe(at the very least) and knifeedged, get the mains honed, then have your head machined for the valves(multi angled valve job), and the ports polished, get the intake manifold polished, then onto assembly(which should be left to the skilled hands of a professional) and then installation and finally tuning.
if at any point you read this and determine that you do not need any of these things then it is time to postpone your build and go and do more research. remember it is all about combination combination combination....
