other than that, make sure u connected the sub harness to the correct wire harness. there's two under the dash that look very similar, and the other one is for the security system.
could also be fuses, bad relay, wires, etc, etc.....

yes . im aware of that . when i turn on the headlight while the car running.. still no power ...

tell me if this works. go in to your under the hood fuse box look at the cover and find the slot for the fog lights. they may be separate or together. check to see if there is a fuse in there. you may not even have one since your car didnt come with fogs. if there is even if it looks good try a known good fuse in the slot and test the lights. if they still dont work test the terminals in the box for voltage. you can use a test light ( the thing that looks like a screw driver ) if there isnt voltage message me back. if there is voltage and know good fuses didnt work go to the under the dash fuse box and do the same (im almost certain there wont be any fuses related to the fogs here) next test that the relay is getting voltage and if it isnt message me back if it is then take the relay out and test it. if you need to know how to do this i can help you on this as well. if there is voltage but still no lights youll need to test the switch. if this is a new honda kit i dont think the switch will be a problem but anyway test the connector for voltage here as well and if there is voltage but theres no light on with the headlights on (pretty sure the instructions mentioned a light) then more than likely its a faulty switch. most importantly go back all the way through the connections you put in and reconnect them. check everything thats accessible for voltage with a test light. and if none of these ideas fixed it and you find that theres an area such as the fuse holder, relay connector, switch, or anything else i may have missed then message me back. ill try to reply quickly so you can get em workin, well if you havnt already, once again good luck
