There's a bunch of preset ones, but you can make you own color. You basically hold a button in on the color select screen and it will slowly change colors so they will be mixed together. So you can get like a greenish yellow or a greenish blue, real pale yellow real pale red (pink) etc. There's red, green, blue, yellow, white, amber, and a few others as presets but you can essentially mix together any color you want.
You can also change the menu, and text colors.
