as from what i have see and the jdm h23 non vtec i bought can out of an accord with a backwards intake manifold... i have not seen a jdm s23 in lower based 5th gens i have seen the 4 lugs tho just had a h22 under the hood factory cause it was an old guy who owned it with no intetions of a swap or build up.
