Our engines have a few notorious issues that may in certain cases eventually lead to a failure of some sort.

Auto-tensioner fails(therefore causing a loose or broken T-belt and bent valves).

They also have a tendency to burn oil, and when owners are negligent of this...the engines may suffer damage from oil starvation of some sort.



The H22 is a really strong and reliable engine if treated properly. But many people don't treat them properly...(as said above).

Dontbuy really summed it up pretty well. I just modified.
