For the power wire, there is a large grommet right behind/ lower than the fuse box. Take the top off of the box (there is no need to remove the whole thing) and you can poke a wire thought the grommet. It comes out under the dash on the passenger side.

As far as interference from wiring, make sure that you keep your RCA cables away from your power and ground cables. The RCA's will pick up interference if run next to the ground, which will then be amplified along with your audio signal running though that cable. It will cause a squeal the gets louder/ higher pitched the higher your engine rpm go.
