cut springs will make your car feel like ****. the dramatically lower alteration to the springs blow shocks that are not meant to handle it faster. The blown shocks become obvious when, like indylude said, it continues to bounce after one compressions cycle over speed bumps. The exact reason for the ****ty ride is hard to diagnose from here as there may be other reasons for it but I would just some money and buy new springs and shocks.
