Those headers do look okay in my book. I think the biggest con is when you have to fit both pieces together, I hear alot of people say how much of a ***** it is. When they say "test pipe," don't think you have to run cat-less. You just have to buy an ebay 2.5" test pipe ($30 including shipping) and that way you've got something cheap that you can have a welder cut up, mate to the header collector in the location needed, and you could possibly bolt it straight up to the cat. Believe it or not, the 2.5" ebay test pipes have the same flange that will bolt up to your factory cat (although the factory cat only has a 1.9" inside diameter), but it'll be a bottleneck for sure. To ensure maximum gains from a header like that, you should visit random technologies website and find a universal 2.5" inlet x 2.5" outlet catalytic converter and weld it up to your existing exhaust, assuming your existing exhaust is 2.5" as well.

Most aftermarket bolt-on exhausts for the prelude are 60mm though, which is 2.36", so you are squeezing it down a bit, but I don't know if you're okay with that or not.

After so many experiences with flanges and gaskets failing on bolt-on exhaust components, I think you will be happier with a fully welded exhaust, even though the price will set you back a little bit...
