H22A4 engine swap
whats up everyone. newbie here. well i just bought a 98 prelude auto base model. the engine is smoking and the transmission is slipping. i got this prelude at a dealer and got robbed. the car has been sitting for two months now and im finally ready to buy the new engine and trans. i will be buying the H22A with the auto tiptronic trans. then i ll propably sell it to buy a 5 speed. can anyone tell me what parts i need to swap from the h22a4 to the h22a. i have done a lot of research but i can never get a straight answer. is it better to use OEM or after market part like from advance auto parts or auto zone? will the H22a4 timing belt work for the h22a? thanks for any help guys.
