I have no idea what paint was used. The previous owner did it and it looks like ****. I plan on redoing them in blue. Something like the Photoshop pictures below.
My clean wheels are a 2-part process. First, I use ceramic pads which reduce brake dust by 90%. Second, I sprayed them with 409 and then wiped down with a shamee.
