If your using high octane gas it shouldnt have anything to do with the misfire, using low grade fuel causes pinging and may cause a misfire. You mentioned that you replaced cap, rotor, plugs and wire-all done at Honda. Have you checked the gaps on the plugs? Make sure there within specs. How is the car running?
