You're post is extremely confusing
..what exactly are you asking??? Whether OEM foglights or aftermarket foglights are easier to install and if there are any write-ups? And why would anything be only half wired anyway?
If you're talking about the JDM fogs, the install is very easy..it consists mainly of just screwing/unscrewing, connecting things, and removing a couple of panels/pieces here and there..should take about an hour or so for someone without any knowledge of how to install them.. ^posted the USDM fog instructions, but they are pretty much the same..here's the JDM fog write-up with pics..hope it helps
