I have a 99 lude with 175k, It was ****ty when I first bought it, but with a full tune up along with GUMOUT fuel system cleaner, that usually does it for most cars. unless you've been filling up with crappy fuel and low grade octane.

Thanks man but I was just looking for a method of cleaning them all the things you spoke of will be in the mail soon I'm just looking for a good way to go about it I dont mind taking the injectors out.
