I wouldn't recommend just regular oil unless this head was taken off a working engine and put on to another working engine. But since it's brand new, you want the protection of a really thick, sticky oil to coat all your parts well for those initial seconds it takes for the oil pressure to come up and start coating your head's moving parts. I recommend Royal Purple's Assembly Lube but Torco is probably the company who makes the most well known. You'll find alot online or at your local auto parts store. I saw ARP (the famous stud making company) makes an assembly lube as well.
