Should I lube head internals before starting newly built motor for the first time???

I bought a rebuilt head and put it on a Type-S short block. The rockers and whatnot in the head are all dry. Should I put some oil on the compnents inside the head before I start the motor for the first time? Or will oil be pumped on them soon enough to where it shouldn't matter?
