I recently began to search for an OEM quality leather steering wheel wrap for my 4th Gen and I was very disappointed because I could not find any companies that made any that look like the factory ones. All of the aftermarket ones I have seen do not wrap completely around all the spokes of the steering wheel. I called Honda to find out how much a new leather wrapped wheel would cost and the price was over $600, way too expensive for a steering wheel in my opinion.
I almost decided to give up on it and that's when I found a company that can wrap any steering wheel in leather, exactly like the factory OEM steering wheels. I decided to try my luck with them and I was very pleased.
Here are the pics of my 4th Gen with the leather wrapped steering wheel installed so that you can see what it looks like:
Notice how it wraps completely around the spokes, I have never seen an aftermarket company that does this kind of quality work for a steering wheel wrap. I could not be happier with the steering wheel and their customer service is also excellent.
I know that some members in the past were looking to upgrade their factory steering wheel and there aren't many options for the 4th Gen, especially since the 5th Gen steering wheel will not fit due to the different splines.
