Water spots on glass question

Ok guys - I've read every post I can find about water spots on the glass. I've tried most every solution suggested including the following;
clay bar
steel wool and windex/amonia etc
Bam! (soap scum remover)
Hard water remover
Goop Off (removes glue etc)
Razor blade with a clay bar lube

Still I have water spots. You can't feel the spots when you run your fingers across the glass. I have included pics of the problem.
