you just decided it would be a good idea to add lucas oil stabilizer and 40w to the crankcase? What allowed you to arrive at this idea? And how did you come to think that with 5-w30 there was too little pressure? Did Honda not engineer the engine lubrication system properly, or were you trying to fix a symptom of an assumed greater problem with your vehicle?
I'll take a shot at why someone might do this: If you put higher viscosity oil in a system and try to push it though the same orifices that the recommended lower viscosity once passed through, you will indeed increase pressure. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, the engine wasn't designed to run on high viscosity oil and you likely are putting a greater strain on the oil pump while getting poor lubrication.
Before you go an make any decisions on how to fix your problem or any assumed greater problem. Quit listening to yourself and whoever is currently giving you car advice and find someone knowledgeable in your area to check it out. Searching the forums and asking intelligent and pointed questions about issues not previously discussed will also do you a lot of good in determining the condition of your engine.
If you do arrive at the conclusion that you need to do a rebuild; don't do it. Just swap in a JDM H22. If you want to know why, search. It's been covered a thousand times. Seriously, I think it has.
