Well only thing I might note is when they did the swap did they switch the radiator? I know theres different radiators models. I think theres 2. You might run into the that problem. The fans you have may not match the mounting points on the radiator. I have no idea to tell which is which though.
I'm pretty sure the shop can figure it out.
