Im pretty sure mine all flash at the same time. Are you sure your bulbs are good in your signals and everything? As far as getting the amber signals you either have to get lucky and find a pair or pay a decent amount for them cause everyone likes them more than the clears. A few people on Preludepower.com have painted theirs with amber paint if I can find the post Ill put it up here it turns out nicely.
