If you don't plan to modify the car heavily, then either one would fit the bill. If you do plan to modify heavily, I would say stay away from the Type SH. You will run into issues with the ATTS control unit not liking standalone engine management systems - meaning, you will lose ATTS if you go standalone. Alternatively, you can run piggy back EMSs but you won't have the full tunability as a standalone.

I personally don't know much about the 95 SRV.
