I don't think you should have 4 corners at different heights. Your engine/tranny can't cause that much of a difference. I think something is wrong because your fronts should be level. I think one of your shocks is blown.
If you have time, you might want to switch out the two fronts (move the driver's side to the passenger) and see if you get the same result.
If the passenger side is lower, you've narrowed down that. If not, there could be something really wrong with your frame/suspension arms.
