1.) What are the downsides to having this lightened flywheel?
nothing, other than a slight quicker drop in revs. mine didn't make my car rev any "faster"
2.) I see Fidanza makes a clutch kit as well which is about 6 bucks MORE than the Exedy. Are they any better, if you had to choose then Fidanza or Exedy Clutch?
i bought an exedy organic clutch, if i were to do it again, i wouldn't because it doesn't grab any harder than the stock one did. i have driven a prelude with a competition clutch and an ACT clutch. i like competition clutches. just a tad bit more bite.
