If you live in MD and want to get around emissions theres only three ways. First would be a repair waiver, and depending on the location you go to some ppl there will be a##s and say it wont work with a waiver, some will waive you, Second you pay someone off or make a friend if your lucky but thats rare. Third would be lower your car where it wont get over the rollers. I speak from experience i have been waived three times. First was by a repair waiver, second and third was cause of being extremly low with a body kit cause they are afraid there be responisble for damage to your car. I hope one of these will help you. Mine has been extended to july cause my car was in the shop so i feel ya frustration cause i have to put my stock wheels on and adjust my coilovers everytime to get around this crap and then put my 18's back on the next day.
