Those would effectively be the maxes you would be able to do. I personally wouldn't recommend down shifting to 4th at 110mph though, as you aren't going to be getting much before you must shift back up. I would shift down to 2nd if going 45 or below, 3rd 75 or below, 4th 100 or below. Thats only me though, maybe can/should down shift higher, or maybe you shouldn't down shift when you are already that high. Rev matching is essential though if you are going to be down shifting at higher RPMs. From my understanding, its bad on the clutch to drop it without rev matching. And rev matching is exactly what it sounds like, gassing it until you have the RPMs up to what it would be in the lower desired gear.

Normally though, when I need to move past a car on the highway, its 80mph in 5th to 4th.
