k, I live in maryland and they use the on board diagnotic test to scan the ecu. I have a 98 turboed prelude with S300 hondata and they will not pass me cause it does not read cause of the OBD1 in there now. They told me I can't even get a waiver either if i spend over $450 cause they said i have modified it. They won't put me on the rollers either. This guy told me to just spend $14 every month and just fail, but i dont want to do that. My question is what do I need to do to get this car to pass emissions? Im out of ideas (unless turn back to stock).
