honestly i'd keep looking...bought a 97 sh (h22a swap/matching tranny) for 6400. only 60k on the motor, with receipts etc..i was kinda paraniod about buying a swapped car even with the reciepts..so took it to the honda dealership, spent 80$ for them to check it out, everything checked out except for a cv joint...i think it was worth the extra ease in mind. but good luck with whatever you decide.
