$250 max with little or no modification to door..I really want something to sound good...with door fully dynamat, 4 channel amp, you could say my expectations are high. I wanna do it once and do it right!
I think i might go with Polk db6501, still doing research not in a rush. JL VR600 is another option.

ya i found the thread. The guy had to do lot of cutting and what not...and as pointed out by Rich_A about the full low, mid and high range to get the best out of Focal, Not sure anymore if I would wanna go Focal route anymore, since I'm only changing the front speakers.
Rears were replaced few month earlier with some JBL's.
