97 Prelude antenna is indeed integrated in the rear window. That's why the top 1/4 takes forever to defrost.
Other things I have dealt with on my 97...the rear headliner wasn't properly glued from the factory-fixed during recall; Ball joints had to be replaced-fixed with a recall, ignition issue-Honda wide problem also fixed with a recall.
The biggest difference between a 97 and 99 that I see are two more years of possible abuse...unless you wanted green paint with a two tone interior.
That price quote is also about 2X the KBB value for that car...so make sure you're willing to pay that much for the candy. But I'm stating the obvious here.
