I just got my newly redesigned Pspec short shifter today, it's beautiful. I've been on the waiting list for a long time. It's adjustable in both throw and height. The install was easy. It does a great job in maintaining the stock comfort, and at the same time improving performance. I really didn't notice to much of a difference between this shifter and the custom setup that I had before besides that it just feels more sturdy (since the previous shifter was setup to my liking) If you already have a short shifter it may not be worth it. If you're in the market for one though, you really need to look into Pspec.
