^^ That's good, I'm glad you found some resources. We are getting pretty good a supporting new members on this forum now, so keep asking questions if you get stuck.
FYI, if you do find bent valves, it will almost surely be cheaper to just find a replacement H23 head (or better yet, an H22 head). Don't bother with actual repairs, just replace the whole head. You can find a used H23 head for around $100 or less if you look.
