oil pan gasket

So I've tried numerous times to get my oil pan gasket right, but after the 3rd time I accepted a slow drip as acceptable (> 1qt/3k miles). It's finally annoyed me enough to think about maybe actually paying someone to screw another RTV gasket, as I'm done with trying.

I've looked before, and searched, but where, WHERE, can I find a real gasket so I don't have to pay someone I don't know to do work that I can do? Even if I have to cut my own gasket I'd be okay with that. Has ANYBODY done any oil pan gasket besides RTV or silicon gasket maker?
