Check this first, easy to figure out, easy fix. If you pull out the carpeted trunk liners they are in between the outside body panel and the inner one, where the antenna is mounted. Make sure they arent clogged or havent come totally disconnected. Then (since you've already replaced the rear seal) check the trunk seal and adjust as stated above.
