First, welcome. Second... I can't imagine any H22 being so modified that you would have a hard time starting. Even with 13:1 CR you shouldn't have an issue. If it's an issue with cranking speed, make sure the battery and starter check out OK, then make sure all the cables, battery clamp, and ground bolts are OK. I've had a few instances where everything looked OK but then wiggle a cable and... it breaks. It's not uncommon, especially as cars get this old.

If it's an issue with just not starting, look at ignition and fuel issues- if super modified look at the cold start/startup map values & make sure you aren't flooding it, also look at advance and then the more basic stuff like dirty injectors, bad plugs, etc.

If for some reason you really need a beefier starter, I have no knowledge of any that are out there. The H22 is one of the biggest motors Hond made and came with one of their largest starters and alternators they've made. If you still insist, I'd go for a larger battery and cable, then approach a starter/alternator shop and see if they can custom-wind you something. That may be the only "performance" option as you'll need something that will fit the OE opening/mount which may be impossible to find.
