I'm not a drag racer. But I think you would want to go almost full stiff in the rear and leave the front shocks fairly soft. My rationale is the stiff rear shocks will counteract the front end pitching up as you leave the line. And the soft fronts allow the front wheels to react to bumps in the pavement quickly.
